- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to motor insurance sales and renewals. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance products. - Close sales and collect premiums as per process - Ensure complete and accurate KYC documentation - Achieve daily and monthly sales and revenue targets.
