Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments and collections • Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely recovery • Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company policy • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments • Handle customer queries related to outstanding accounts • Ensure compliance with guidelines set by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and company policies • Meet daily / weekly / monthly collection targets • Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to supervisors • Maintain professionalism and empathy during calls • DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) is mandatory (as per RBI norms) • Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service is preferred 🧠
